"Cubanelle peppers" 6 x 8  oil on panel

I found these at the Farmer's Market on Watson Rd. (66)... They have a few unusual bits of produce there.  The shapes of these are really interesting. I didn't cook them and eat them so I don't know if they are hot.  They spent a little too long in the studio !  I just googled them and found out they are actually a sweet pepper and similar to a banana pepper.  Amazing what you can find on google... and so fast, too !
