day fifteen

"Nectarines"  6 x 8 oil on panel

I always thought of nectarines as the same color as peaches.   Not so at all.   The vibrancy of the nectarines is very different when I looked closely.  Guess I never paid that much attention.  Painting really sharpens my attention to such things.

    Ann... is that you? Well, away from the peppers for awhile, anyway.. ha ! they'll be back. there is so much variety in the peppers that I can't hardly resist... thanks for stopping by !
