It's the new ones I really have begun using, called Titanium from Michaels.... they are so much more reasonable in price than the Winsor Newton's I used to use. I love all your flower paintings. I too am a retired teacher, but I didn't start painting until after I retired. I am trying to loosen up my paintings as well. How large are the brushes you're using? I am guessing that the canvas sizes are fairly small; still I am so impressed by how quickly you are completing paintings!
